Fabien Borio
Fabien Borio is a CPA and statutory auditor with 12 years of professional experience in accounting, auditing and consulting firms. He has worked for PwC and Dba in audit and consulting in various sectors such as banking, insurance, OPCI, services and industry.
Recently integrated as a partner in the AURYS GROUP, Fabien leads the development of the group’s Paris branch alongside Ghislain D’Ouince.
He supervises and coordinates a team of 15 people with the objective of responding to the financial problems of SMEs and ETIs on all accounting and financial aspects for all types of business sectors (import/export, service, financial engineering, real estate).
Thanks to his professional background, Fabien has specific knowledge in accounting and tax issues of investment companies and group organizations.
He is also the firm’s referent for financial due diligence and one-off audit operations (statutory Auditor for transformations, contributions and mergers).
