Antoine Fléchais
Antoine joined Aurys as a Partner within the Transaction Advisory Services department, leading the Transaction practice.
With over 20 years of experience advising companies on growth and transformation, Antoine brings extensive expertise in supporting executives and shareholders of SMEs and mid-sized companies with their strategic corporate finance transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, fundraising and due diligence engagements.
His entrepreneurial and multidisciplinary background, developed within leading advisory firms including BDO, Deloitte, Almond, RSM and Squareness, has enabled him to advise on more than 150 transactions in France and internationally, across a broad range of sectors including technology, industry, retail, real estate and healthcare.
This experience has shaped a pragmatic, results-driven approach, focused on value creation, responsiveness and close client relationships.
Antoine is committed to working closely with business leaders on their growth and strategic challenges, building long-term relationships based on trust, commitment and agility.
A graduate of IPAG Paris (2001), Antoine is the father of two children and enjoys golf and tennis, while more recently taking up cycling and running.
