Chartered accountant and statutory auditor, Alexandre Garel-Galais is responsible for developing the activities of the Advisory Department.

With over 10 years’ experience in international firms (PwC and GRANT THORNTON), Alexandre has become a partner of the firm.

He is the AURYS GROUP’s point of reference for : Restructuring (IBR, judicial assignments, distressed M&A) and Transaction Services (acquisition and merger audits).

He also manages the audit team (legal and contractual audits, contribution audits).
